All transactions are eligible for a refund if requested within 3 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Paddle using one of the following methods:

  • Visit paddle.net as mentioned in your invoice from Paddle and enter your email to locate your transaction and submit a refund request
  • You can also cancel a subscription through the link in your invoice from Paddle
